That’s how we do it.

We have a stubborn, uncompromising idea of what we want to be. But in order to get there you can’t just be satisfied with the previous day’s successes. Not that they can’t be celebrated, but in order to for us to live up to the hype, we have to come up with awesome digital stuff every day of the week. Yesterday doesn’t help us. So you have to show up each day ready to out-do your brilliance from the day before.

This might sound a bit Zen, but balance is really the key to everything. For example, we know you have a life and we think it’s important to have a balance between work and family and free time. Even though we work in teams, it’s also important to value the individual. And even though we’re here to make money, sometimes we have to spend it as well. So we realize that the best performers also have full lives outside of work, and that it’s not just about one outstanding individual performance, but rather about accomplishing amazing things together.
